Services

One atelier, three ways in.

From full-service wedding planning and creative direction to day-of coordination, styling and stationery, we work across Corfu, Athens and destinations throughout Greece. Whatever the scope, the method is the same: one idea first, then every detail drawn from it.

How we work with you

Choose the scope that fits. Each begins with a conversation and a written proposal — never a package.

01

Planning &
Creative Direction

Full service · 9–18 months · a few celebrations a year

The whole celebration, from the first idea to the last guest. We begin with you — your story, your origins, your traditions — and with the place where it will happen. From there, we shape one creative direction that guides everything: venue, visual identity, atmosphere, materials, stationery, food, music and the way the celebration unfolds. We assemble the right team, hold the budget and timeline, and direct the day from beginning to end.

  • —Concept, cultural references & creative direction
  • —Venue search in Corfu, Athens and across Greece
  • —Vendor curation and contract management
  • —Budget, timeline, guest logistics and travel
  • —Full styling, stationery and day-of direction included
02

Wedding Day
Direction

From 8 weeks out · for couples who have planned, and want it held

You have chosen the place and the people. We take the plan you made, tighten it, and run the day so that you are a guest at your own wedding. Nothing reaches you that should not.

  • —Review of contracts, timeline and floor plan
  • —Vendor briefing and a single running order
  • —Rehearsal, set-up supervision, styling check
  • —On-site direction from first delivery to last guest
03

Styling &
Stationery

Design only · any occasion · Corfu, Athens or shipped

The look of the event, designed as one system: a crest or motif, the invitation, the table, the signage, the favours, the small objects guests take home. Everything drawn before it is made — much of it by hand.

  • —Visual concept and palette
  • —Invitations, menus, place cards, wish books
  • —Tablescape, ceremony and entrance styling
  • —Favours and hand-made or painted pieces
What we celebrate

Any occasion that deserves to be remembered whole. Weddings are most of our work; they are not all of it.

How it unfolds

Four movements, whatever the scope.

I

Discovery

We begin with people and place. Your story, your families, where you come from, the traditions you carry and the ones you want to leave behind. Then the setting: its architecture, history, landscape, materials, flavours and culture. We look for what is genuinely yours — not for a theme.

II

Identity

We translate what we discover into a contemporary identity for the celebration — a palette, materials, typography, a crest or motif, objects and visual references. Tradition is never reproduced for decoration; it is interpreted. Everything that follows belongs to the same world.

III

Choreography

We design how the celebration moves. What guests encounter first, what is held back, when a space changes, when dinner gives way to dancing. Light, music, food, movement and small reveals are considered as part of one sequence — so the day is not simply styled, but experienced.

IV

Making & Direction

Then we make it real. Venue, collaborators, stationery, objects, samples, production, schedules and one running budget. On the day, we are there before the first delivery and after the last guest — directing what happens behind the scenes so you can remain inside the celebration.

A good fit if
  • —You would rather have something yours than something expected.
  • —You believe where you come from matters as much as where you are going.
  • —You care about how a celebration feels, not only how it photographs.
Probably not, if
  • —You are looking for a package with a price list.
  • —You are looking to recreate a wedding you have already seen.
Questions we are asked

Do you plan weddings outside Corfu and Athens?

Yes — across Greece and, for full-service clients, abroad. Corfu and Athens are where we know every stone; elsewhere we bring our team with us.

How many events do you take on?

A handful of full-service celebrations a year, so each has our whole attention. Styling and wedding-day direction allow a few more.

What does it cost?

Every proposal is written for the celebration in front of us, so we do not publish prices. Write with a date, a place and a guest count; we reply with honest figures within two working days.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

Twelve to eighteen months for a full-service wedding in high season; six to nine months for a baptism or private dinner; eight weeks at the latest for wedding-day direction.

Do you work in English?

Always — and in Greek with your family, the church and the island.

Begin with a conversation.

A date, a place and a feeling are enough. We reply within two working days.
